The hours of operation for these uniformed guards are 6:00 pm-2:00 am, Monday thru Sunday (7 days week). Although aiding primarily on foot, the guards have a mini van available to assist personnel via vehicle when needed. In addition, they are equipped to lend a hand to people, with proper identification, who cannot get into their offices, areas, or vehicles for one reason or another. They also can assist with jump starts for dead batteries, and are extra eyes and ears in parking lots and other UW facilities.
